Duties and taxes:
If you order from a country outside the EU, we offer a tax-free purchase. The tax is automatically deducted in the check-out area when you enter your shipping address. However the delivery is made on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means the recipient will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on the purchase. Returns:
We only accept returns that have been previously announced to us. Please send us a return request by clicking here if you wish to return your order. The shipping costs for the return must be borne by you. Depending on your location and order value we are able to send you a pre-paid return label.
New, unworn and originally packaged items can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please place the items including jewelry box and invoice in the package you wish to return. Please note that any custom made jewelry, engraved jewelry or custom engagement and wedding rings can’t be returned.
